If you have not bid by Friday, 2/17/2017 by 4:59 pm, your next opportunity will be Tuesday, 2/21/2017 from 6:01 am to midnight.

 

BID PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED DUE TO THIS PLANNED OUTAGE.

 


 

Effective Friday, 2/17/2017, 5 p.m. CST through Tuesday, 2/21/2017, 6 a.m. CST, there will be an eCareer system outage (3 day President’s Day Holiday weekend).

 

There will be an interruption of service during the scheduled outage impacting job bidding and other SAP/HCES Applications.

 

Employees will not be able to bid until after 6 a.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017. 

 

Please disseminate and place on your employee bulletin board advising employees of the outage and not to wait until last minute should the installation have an open Job Bidding Posting. 

 

Manual Bid sheets will NOT be accepted for this period of outage.
